This dance song by long-time DJ and producer Oliver Heldens is simple, mellow, and perfect to listen to during your cool down, during your warm-up, or during your LISS cardio!

4. Happier – Breathe Carolina Remix

The remix makes this ideal for the more cardio-intensive workouts as the fast-paced rhythm will keep you going and working hard. Put it on repeat and watch it quickly become your most played workout playlist song.

5. Tarzan – Armin van Buuren

What’s more impressive is that he’s still producing some of the most popular and addictive mainstream dance songs being released today, and “Tarzan” is no exception!

6. What’s Poppin – Jack Harlow

The slower rhythm means you can use this as the song to get you motivated while you lift your lighter set before you move on to the heavier lifts. The soft accompanying piano in the background offsets the more aggressive parts of the song making it addicting

7. Sweet Munchies – Cat Dealers

Simple yet upbeat and so easy to dance to, “Sweet Munchies” is a great dance song to listen to while doing exercises that involve sets of repetitions (reps), like squats, bicep curls, lunges, and crunches.

8. Take Me There – Mike Williams

Another fun, simple, and motivating beat that will inspire you to pick up the pace when you’re hitting a plateau.

9. Jungle – X Ambassadors

Now, if you need to punch out some stress on the bag, this is what you need to add to your work out playlist.

11. Do Ya Thang – Leo Soul

This fast-paced rhythm makes it perfect for keeping pace in your weight lifting set. With a bit of a throwback vibe to the early 2000’s rap, you’ll get into your element. Just a forewarning this might be a work out playlist song that’s better listened to in headphones as opposed to out loud.

12. Love Song – Duke Dumont

“Love Song” is one of my favorite dance songs to listen to toward the end of my workout because its inspiring beat and chord progression always motivate me to finish strong.

Be prepared to fight during the doomsday after listening to these songs on repeat and getting toned in the gym.
