Grand Central, Chembur Station Road.
Grand Central by far has the best Butter Chicken we have ever tried. GC BC as we like to call it has managed to maintain the same flavour and taste since the time the have opened.
The also have a wide range of Asian and other Indian dishes that are filled with flavour and always live up to our expectations. We'd say its a must try.
2. Orchids
Orchids has always been one of our favourites. Known for their exquisite fine dining experience, Orchids offers an amazing range of Continental, Oriental and Indian cuisine.
They also have a wide range of desserts that you must try.
In addition to their amazing food Orchids has an amazing Pub for all you nightlife lovers just in case you feel like a few drinks after that wonderful meal.
3. Vaishali Garden, Chembur Station
Just a few blocks down the road you'll find the Iconic Vaishali Garden. Know as an amazing place for small parties and gatherings, Vaishali offers an amazing range of Indian and Mangalorean cuisine.
Make sure you ask your server for the speciality of the day and we're sure you wont be disappointed.
4. Via Bombay, Chembur
From the team that runs one of the best Cafes in Chembur - Le Café, Via Bombay is truly one of the best places for Modern Indian Cuisine in Chembur.
The ambiance, the presentation and most importantly the flavours are perfect for that evening out with family and friends.
We'd recommend the Sindhi Curry, Mutton Rogan Josh and the Galouti Kebabs for starters and for desserts you must try the kulfi (it's served in a very unique way)
5. Stars Parade, Chembur Naka
Another legendary restaurant in Chembur, Stars Parade has been dishing out some amazing Indian and Chinese dishes since the past few decades.
Their kebabs are to die for and so are their Indian Gravies which are filled with flavours and hard to resist.
This one is our go to place for that stomach full "wala" meal.
6. Singh Saab
The name says it all. Yes Singh Saab truly keeps up to their name by serving amazing Punjabi food and at the same time offering an amazing fine dining experience.
Do stay tuned to their social media handles as they offer some amazing offers on liquor to go with that truly awesome food.
7. Hotel Sunny, Chembur Station (near bridge)
Sunny has been one of the most famous places in Chembur known for its Kerala cuisine.
Staring off as a small lunch home way back in the 90's Sunny has evolved into a iconic joint not only in Chembur but all over the city.
From authentic Malabar Parathas to Biryanis and Chicken Roast, Sunny has is all when it comes to Kerala cuisine and we'd sure recommend this place.
8. China Bistro, Chembur/Deonar
China Bistro not only have the best asian buffet in Chembur but they are the only ones who offer a Asian Buffet every single day of the week. Now who wouldn't want an all you can eat Chinese buffet.
From Dimsums to Chicken skewers and to an amazing main course China Bistro truly does an amazing job. Oh not to forget the Chocolate fountain and the honey noodles with Ice cream.
9. Udaya Lunch Home, Chembur Station
One of the oldest lunch homes in Chembur Udaya started way back in 1958 serving authentic Malabar cuisine.
Just in case you don't understand the items on the menu as its difficult to pronounce just ask the staff their recommendations for the Udaya specials.
Must try's are the Naadan Chicken Chilly, Chicken Porichathu, Fish Moilee and the Malabar Paratha of course. At the end don't forget to ask your server if they have Payasam for dessert. Thank us later!
10, Malhaar Family Restaurant
Another iconic Restaurant in Chembur, Malhaar is known for its Mangalorean cuisine. Specializing in Sea Food, Malhaar has some amazing dishes when it comes to Squid, Prawns, Rawas and Surmai.
Our picks are the Stuffed Bombils, Prawn Ghee Roast, Surmai tawa fry, Neer Dosa, Kori Roti and Chicken Sukka.
Our mouths are sure watering everytime we think about this.
