Have you ever tried a Roadside Sandwich In Mumbai? You have to try these!

Don’t know about you, but no matter how many pesto, mozzarella, tomato or schmancy hummus sandwiches I eat, when I’m craving a sandwich, nothing does the trick like a good ol’ roadside Bombaiya sandwich.

With the number of stalls exceeding the number of CCDs in every nook and corner, we decided to narrow it down to the 5 best stalls in South Mumbai.

Pudla Sandwich, Charni Road.

Yes, you read that right! One of the only places to serve a pudla sandwich in the city, the place got popular during the reign of the diamond market and has been making patrons happy ever since.

Raju Sandwich, HR College

Before the J stole the limelight, Raju Rolls and Sandwiches opposite the college used to be the favourite hangout spot for college students. Till date, alumni go back to gorge on their chilli cheese rolls and sandwiches.

Parmesha, BSE

When near the Bombay Stock Exchange, only a fool would miss this place. While you might get overwhelmed with the number of options on his menu, turn to the owner for the best recommendations.

Raju, near Lala College

When you combine two delicious street foods, the result is bound to be a delight. This guy is famous for his variations of the samosa sandwich.

Right Place, Breach Candy

A place every ‘townie’ swears by, this place sees people flocking here for their renowned cheese grilled sandwiches. While here, do not miss their strawberry and chocolate softies.

As we'd like to say. Attack!
